Refund policy

We really hope that you are delighted with your online The Indigo Affair purchase. However, if you would like to return your item, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Please return all items within 14 days of receipt of the order if bought online.
  2. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of your original order.
  3. Please fill out the return form included within your order. If you do not have one, please email theindigoaffairs@gmail.com.. 
  4. Items must be returned, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
  5. We reserve the right to deny credits if returns are damaged, marked or altered in any way and do not meet our returns requirements.
  6. Once the item has been inspected, you will then be refunded on the same card with which you paid originally within seven days of receipt.
  7. Postage and insurance for the returned item is the responsibility of the customer and The Indigo Affair cannot be held liable for returns that do not arrive.
  8. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  9. For UK returns, we recommend using a tracked delivery method, for example Royal Mail Special Delivery. 
  10. For international returns, please email  theindigoaffairs@gmail.com You will be sent a pre-paid returns label to send your order back. Please note that the cost of this label will be deducted from your final refund.
  11. Please note that for international orders, we are unable to refund any duties or taxes payments.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
